• How is the video delivered after it’s done?The videos are delivered in flash format, or AVI, or both versions, depending on your request.We are offering the video in AVI format also because you may want to upload your video on different video sharing sites to promote your business.

  Usually we request the login information to one of your FTP accounts, where we upload your video, or you can get them as a ZIP package.

  We always come with the best solutions for your online business: the flash videos are encoded using a very powerful technology,  and as you can see in the sample videos the quality is very high, and the file size is extremely small. T

  The AVI files are compressed using popular encoders and there won’t be any problem getting your videos accepted on any video sharing sites.

• How long it takes to create my video?Please contact us, and you’ll get all the information. If you already have a script for the “background talk” of your video, it usually takes less time because we don’t have to write the script for you.Usually, the average delivery time is from 3 days to three weeks, depending on how many orders we scheduled. You may want to notify us if your video needs to be done urgently.
• I don’t have a script for my video, how much to write one for me?The script writing it’s done in a very professional manner, as you can see in some of the sample videos. Right now, we’re running a special promotion for script writing and we’ll charge ONLY $69.95 for a sales pitch message.In the end, the script needs to be approved by you before starting the video creation process.
• How long are the videos?Usually, most of our orders are for 1-2 minutes videos, but you can get a video as big as you want. If the video has more than 2 – 2,5 minutes, the price goes up with each minute added. Please contact us for more details about this answer.
• How many words does a 2 minute script have?To make sure you get the best out of your script, try to read it yourself first, and use a timer. Usually, a 2 minutes video has 300-500 words, but this depends on the way the voice over should sound (alert talking, slower reading, etc). A timed reading before submitting your script is recommended.
